MC Steinberg is a "hip-hop rapper" from New York City. Steinberg was a frequent caller for several years and often performed a freestyle rap during his calls. His subjects often included unsuccessful relationships, his alcoholic mother and working at the dollar store. Steinberg is infamous for losing an on-air battle rap to Ted Leo. He would later appear on NYCTV show New York Noise and in a documentary, Steinjive.
